Yes, you can, but differently as you think.  Instead of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 you enter 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.  Your dashboard settings still take effect, but you may not be able to whitelist domains being blocked by FamilyShield.  Do not use mixed addresses as you show.  This makes the results inconsistent and random.

Thanks ... If blocking whitelist domains does not hurt me, what interests me is that there is protection either by "Family Shield" or by "OpenDNS Home Basic account", does the previous method benefit?

I don't know.  "Benefit" is your individual view.  You may achieve with it what you want.
