What is the ext-and int ports to OpenDNS

Hi!

I'm facing a trouble with inserting the OpenDNS addresses 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 because it asks the external and internal ports of the webbside, I didn't understand clearly what they mean by that and where I can find these numbers/codes. I will insert a screenshot of it below. It can not be leaved empty, it says that the number should be from range <1-65535>.

Will be thankfull if you help me,

  Hello,

  Traditional DNS works over UDP port 53.

  You mean both the external- and internal-port?

  Yes it can be set to both internal and external
