Umbrella subscription expired but users still getting an Umbrella block page
Currently, our Umbrella subscription is expired as we moved away from Anyconnect, but it has been several days and we have some users still getting the Umbrella block page. We are not sure how since there are no policies or content filtering anymore, and we reverted to a basic opendns account with no networks associated. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.
Please create a support request so we can fully troubleshoot the problem. In the request would you please run the following diagnostic tool on one of the computers on your network and share with us the Diagnostic ID:
