How can I block ALL of TikTok's access to all of the devices in my Home?

I read the TikTok TOS and I want to ensure that if one of my kids has it on their phone (and they are connected to my wifi), that TikTok isn't accessing other devices on my Network.

 

Can I prevent this with OpenDNS?
