Custom DoH URL

Please change:
https://doh.opendns.com/dns-query
to something like:
https://doh.opendns.com/dns-query/random_user_id_string

Check NextDNS solution:
https://dns.nextdns.io/22b77x

I can use NextDNS with my custom filtering configuration from any location without registering my network IPs.
