Cannot Receive emails from Open DNS

I am currently a user of Cisco Umbrella but cannot receive emails from Open DNS email servers. No error messages. The only issue is the messages do not come through.

What is wrong with my Google Workspace email system?

  Hello, 

  Are you receiving a delivery failure error and if so what are the contents.

  In addition may I recommend that you create a support request so we can further troubleshoot the problem
