Is there an Opendns tunnel web interface?

Hello Everyone!
Please, forgive me for I am not a networking professional!
My question is:
Is there some kind of web URL or website that we can open and from inside it, we can browse a blocked website or URL?

I was once in China where facebook is totally restricted, a friend of mine gave me a website, when I logged on on it, it gave me a field named web tunnel and asked me to write the full website address that I am trying to reach, I typed www.facebook.com and it surfed FB from within the same web page. Sort of web page inside web page!

Is there that kind of tunnel?
