Why will Stats and Logs not stay enabled?

I keep selecting Enable Stats and Logs and Enable for All Networks but every time i leave the page it defaults to unselected. Why isn’t there a SAVE button to lock in my selection? That would make sense.

  I'm up to 59,000 logs and they are showing in the drop down menu so all goo. Thank you :)
