OpenDNS shows two Home IP Addresses (One greyed out)
OpenDNS used to work fine but has stopped blocking sites altogether.
When I check the dashboard it shows two home IP addresses (top one is black followed by a green two arrow icon, bottom one is greyed out). When I click the green arrow icon the bottom greyed out IP address disappears and OpenDNS again blocks the sites I've set it to block. Then, after a short period of time it stops blocking and, sure enough, the dashboard shows two home IP addresses (same as before, one black the other greyed out). I click on the arrow icon and the greyed on disappears and we are back to normal, then it repeats itself.
Is there a way to stop this? Why is the home IP address dynamic all of a sudden?
Thanks for any help.

Hello,
Have you contacted your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as to why your IP address has became dynamic.
Have you installed the Dynamic IP Updater client (see https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987867-What-is-the-OpenDNS-Dynamic-IP-updater-client-)
If you continue to have problems may I suggest that you create a support request to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem.
