Hi, I have a question regarding Display Names.

 

Why am I not able to have capital letters in my Display Name?

I've seen some users that do, but for some reason it auto-defaults all of my letters back to lowercase. I'm not sure if this is a bug, but if it is not, would you please consider allowing capital letters again for Display Names?

  Hello,

  Regarding the capital letters in the display name please try flushing you cache and see if that helps. Instructions for flushing your web browser's cache can be found here: ***https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988627-How-to-clear-the-DNS-Cache-***

  Reg Ham: I edited the post so the main part pertains to this section of the forums. I will make an idea bank forum post for the second part I originally had here over there.
