DNS-over-TLS for FamilyShield

The FamilyShield servers (208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123) don't listen on DNS-over-TLS (DoT), port 853, like the OpenDNS public servers. 

Could they?

  Yes, they could. But opendns seems to be running only on life support.
