Not all of my browsers are being filtered by OPENDNS.

Not all of my browsers are working with OPENDNS.
http://www.internetbadguys.com/ gives the message, This site is blocked due to a phishing threat, for
Firefox
Palemoon
Duckduckgo

But it does not give that message for
Brave
Edge
Chromium
Chrome

How can I fix them?  (I asked this through a support ticket but support would not provide any specific help).

My settings:
Subnet mask: 255.255.252.0
Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220
