OpenDNS Home Userid issue - 2nd attempt

Post is being made by request of Reg Ham to create a new ticket concerning this issue (see 1635080).

It appears that my userid is no longer able to log into OpenDNS even through the login shows "enter userid or e-mail address"!  I've contact support but I have yet to have a clear, logical answer as to why this stopped working after probably 10+ years.

Did I miss something?  Also, if I did, why does the login still say that userid is a valid option?

Frustrated user at the moment!

  Hello,

  I have responded to your request.

  This is a bug that we are aware of but do not have an ETA on when it will be resolved. 

  In the meantime please use your email address to logon.
