DNS works in computer but not in my iPhone

So I did everything for DNS to block the adult content and it works awesome in my computer. But I tried to see if in my iPhone was the same and it didn't work, why is that? I thought it would work for whatever device connected to the home wifi. Is it because of iOs? would it work in android or its the same? I do not understand that.

  Hello,

  I would recommend that you create a support request so that the problem can be resolved efficiently and quickly.

  In that request it would helpful if you supplied more details such as are you using a router, supply a screen capture of your iPhones DNS settings page.
