OpenDNS doesn't block all 18+ websites

Enabled OpenDNS for router and blocks 18+ websites on laptop. But on phone there is one website it doesn't block for some reason but all others it does. How do I fix this?

I've deleted web data from phone, it still doesn't block website on phone browser
