It seems like Open DNS is not filtering out pornography

Hello,

I have our DNS settings set to Moderate which I thought filtered out pornography both in images and videos.  I tested this out and was able to still access porn sites over the internet and sexually explicit videos on youtube.  What am I doing wrong that these still show up when I search for them?
