What are the steps to configure default DNS servers in my office network for all computers?
I want to set the default DNS in my organisation and make it default to all of the computers that are connected in my network.

You can go for pure DNS (inc. some security and stats), called Premium DNS.
https://www.opendns.com/business-solutions/premium-dns/benefits/You'll want to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses as the only forwarders on your DNS server (e.g. an AD server).
https://store.opendns.com/setup/server/If you don't have a DNS server, you'll want to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses on the router .
https://store.opendns.com/setup/router/If you want also content filtering and enhanced malware protection, you must go for the Enterprise line Umbrella, especially Umbrella Insights with AD integration, because content filtering is free for home use only.
