Ensure that you have disabled the option "Send Dns-O-Matic Updates" in the Updater.

I have the same issue.  It was working, until January..the last update showing in the log is 1/25/2016.

rotblitz, when you say disable Send DNS-O-Matic Updates, do you mean the box is unchecked?

    Yes, your settings look fine.

Did you ensure that the label at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ is really BrewerHome ?
Did you ensure that the OpenDNS Updater is not being blocked by firewall settings, e.g. the Windows built-in firewall?
    What does https://updates.opendns.com/nic/update?hostname=BrewerHome return?

    Label at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ is:BrewerHome

I can't find any evidence that my firewall is blocking the updater.

    https://updates.opendns.com/nic/update?hostname=BrewerHome returns: good 184.45.49.55

If I click the Change Network button in the OpenDNS Updater, I get message: There was an error downloading networks.  I uninstalled OpenDNS Updater and removed program rule for it from firewall.  Reinstalled OpenDNS Updater, confirmed new firewall rule created.  Still get the same message when I click Change Network.

All your symptoms indicate that the OpenDNS Updater is being blocked from reaching out of your network, so it can't do its job.  Another possibility is that your password may contain special characters reserved for URL encoding/escaping.  You had to change your password then, at your dashboard and in the Updater.

If you cannot solve the problem, I would recommend to enable full logging on your firewall programs and to thoroughly review the logs after a while.

Alternatively, uninstall this Updater and try to use another updater like https://updater.marc-hoersken.de/
