Did you also define a LABEL for your network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ ?  This LABEL is what will appear on DNS-O-Matic.

Yes there is a label. How does dnsomatic know to look at my opendns account when I have not entered in my opendns account info? With dnsomatic I login with a username but with opendns i login with an email so the logins are different

You must use identical login credentials at OpenDNS and DNS-O-Matic.  I understood from "I am using same email and password for both accounts" that this was clear to you.

"How does dnsomatic know to look at my opendns account when I have not entered in my opendns account info?"

Because DNS-O-Matic uses your OpenDNS account - automatically.  You must not register at DNS-O-Matic if you're already registered at OpenDNS, and vice versa.  This is one account for both services.  It looks like you performed an extra registration at both sites.  This won't work.

So youre saying I can login to dnsomatic.com with my OpenDNS email as my login and my OpenDNS password? If so, I think I made a mistake signing up for dnsomatic.com

What am I supposed to do?

Did you try to "login to dnsomatic.com with my OpenDNS email as my login and my OpenDNS password"?  I would expect that this works.  If not, then this is caused by the fact that the same e-mail address is registered for different accounts at OpenDNS and DNS-O-Matic.

If it does not work, try to change your e-mail address on either OpenDNS or DNS-O-Matic to another valid one you have.  And then login to DNS-O-Matic and DNS-O-Matic with one identical set of credentials.  If you want to have your extra account deleted, you need to raise a support ticket.

Think about, if you use your extra DNS-O-Matic login at OpenDNS, you first need to delete your network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ in the one account, and then you must add your network in the other account.  An IP address can only be registered once across all OpenDNS.

Sorry, "And then login to DNS-O-Matic and DNS-O-Matic with one identical set of credentials" should read "And then login to OpenDNS and DNS-O-Matic with one identical set of credentials".
