Can anyone confirm that the DuckDNS is working correctly? I can't get it to work. I enter my DuckDNS domain name and token from the DuckDNS website and I keep getting a KO error. I am updating from my Asus router to DNSOMATIC. It is able to update No-IP, Open DNS and DynDNS without problems.

You totally misunderstood me and how things work. :(
What you have entered at DNS-O-Matic may be right, but you must also run an update client locally to send your updates to DNS-O-Matic which again populates the updates to the services you have defined at DNS-O-Matic, like DuckDNS.
So again, what Updater do you run to send your updates to DNS-O-Matic? Is it software on a computer or a built-in DDNS client on the router, NAS, DVR, IP camera, etc.? Or don't you run an Updater at all? Then you can wait forever... ("Waiting for first update")
You can also manually update from a web browser:
(You must enter your DNS-O-Matic/OpenDNS credentials.)
Sorry for the late response, but I got it to work. According to this article.
I have to go to:
you will be prompted by username and password. Enter the credentials and check the history for update.
For some reason, it goes for almost a whole week and it doesn't update unless you force it...
