DNS-o-matic updating other services but not OpenDNS (badauth)

Hello all, I've got my router set up to send update requests to DNS-o-matic. I've got two services set up on DNS-o-matic: OpenDNS and DynDNS. DynDNS updates perfectly fine with no problems, but the OpenDNS update consistently fails with the error code "badauth", according to DNS-o-matic. Since DNS-o-matic and OpenDNS are part of the same company, they're using the same login details, so I can't specify credentials for OpenDNS (not that I should need to, because they're the same!). DNS-o-matic seems to be getting my OpenDNS settings fine, because when I add OpenDNS as a service, it automatically retrieves the network that I created on OpenDNS. Any thoughts? Thanks, Amr

  Best is you open a support ticket with OpenDNS.  Staff must check your DNS-O-Matic and OpenDNS account.
