You'll want to open a support ticket, tab "Submit a request" above.  OpenDNS staff must look into this.

There could also be issues with EntryDNS itself, rather than DNS-O-Matic.

Earlier this year I had a few weeks where I was getting DNS-O-Matic messages about failures on updating DynDNS and when I looked into it I was having problems logging into their own updater client or sending updates from updates I already had installed. This was all without going through DNS-O-Matic. It wasn't terribly important, and I could still manually update my account if I needed to, so I didn't dig into it, but then the problem went away again. I noticed something similar last night while making some big system changes, so it's possible it's back, or it could be something with DNS-O-Matic this time.

I'm not saying this is the case with your situation, but it is something you should look into to try to narrow it down and see if it's DNS-O-Matic related or something with EntryDNS themselves.

Your problem with DynDNS was most likely this: if you (re)generated an Updater Client Key, your password would become invalid for being used in the DDNS update process (and update client).  If you wanted to use the password (still or again) instead of the key, you simply confirm your password at the Dyn website, or change it and change it back.

Not sure if EntryDNS have something similar like the Updater Client Key, I do not use this service.  But it doesn't look like that they do, but something like a TOKEN.

I didn't change anything on my DynDNS account so I don't think this matters, but I'll try it anyway.

The point of my post however was that just because he's having a problem updating via DNS-O-Matic may not be an issue with DNS-O-Matic, but rather something that needs to resolve on the DDNS provider end of things.
