Yes, that's it, they will still point to your router, what else? The router forwards your DNS lookups to OpenDNS. This is why you entered the addresses there.

When you see your router's IP address in the DNS on your client it typically means the router is acting as a DNS server and forwarding the requests as any NS would. There is nothing wrong with this configuration. It is done to make things simple for the novice. I does add another task for the router but more importantly I've resolved several cases where there is a problem with the router's internal DNS and the users believe their internet is down. Entering the OpenDNS resolvers directly into the router's DHCP DNS setting should send the OpenDNS resolvers to the network devices and bypass the router's DNS server/proxy.
