How do I merge my netgear with fios router opendns?
So I put opendns on my fios router but I opened another account is there any way to delete the other account and merge it with opendns settings with my netgear opendns?

"I opened another account"
Why this? Does this mean you now have two accounts? What accounts would this be?
"is there any way to delete the other account"
If you want to have an account deleted, you must open a support ticket. This cannot be done by the user.
"and merge it with opendns settings with my netgear opendns?"
How can one merge something with an account which no longer exists after having been deleted? Weird! And in addition, Netgear comes into the game now. How is this related to your two accounts? Is this LPC (Live Parental Control)?
Well, if you believe your could merge your settings from the normal OpenDNS dashboard (http://dashboard.opendns.com/) with your Netgear LPC dashboard (https://netgear.opendns.com/), I do not think that it is possible at all.

"how do I block sites on my verizon fios router"
Not sure if the Verizon FiOS router has the feature to block sites. You should know if you read the manual. But you may be able to use OpenDNS for this instead.
"or is pre blocked by opendns."
"Pre blocked" is only the case if you configured the OpenDNS FamilyShield resolver addresses, 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.
If you do not use the Netgear router with LPC, but another router, and you want to manually configure similar to Netgear LPC, you can/must use the "normal" OpenDNS dashboard to configure everything, e.g. content filtering. Your LPC dashboard cannot be used any longer then.
As first you add a network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ and register your public IP address with it. Then you go through the settings available there.
