    You go into basic settings, select "Use these DNS servers", and enter 208.67.222.222 as Primary DNS and 208.67.220.220 as Secondary DNS, see attached.  What else?

    Thank you. I actually found the original setup was blanked out shortly after I posted the question. Some time ago I had set this up and it mysteriously showed up blank. Its now reestablished to run through openDNS. If I didn't know better I would say the router was hacked and this was reset. Regardless, it is now filtering content and I will check it more frequently to ensure it remains functional. Thank you again. -Brad

    Could well be.  Time to change the password to a stronger one...

    But yes, if someone has physical access to it, the person could press the "reset to factory defaults" button too to get full access.  A stronger password would not help against this attack.
