Could you help me please?
My openDNS is not working yet, what is the next step?, I think that I did everything well but it is not working yet, I have a little child, he is eleven years old and you know I have to take care about this situation because my son use the computer when there is no one in home.
Tell me what can I do, please.
I tried and tried and tried and does not work.
I hope your answer.
Best wishes!

The first step is to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses and to follow the instructions:
https://store.opendns.com/start/If http://welcome.opendns.com/ indicates that you're not using OpenDNS, then your ISP may redirect your DNS queries to their own DNS service.
nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
If this returns "I am not an OpenDNS resolver", then your ISP redirects your DNS queries, and you are not able to use a 3rd party DNS service the normal way. Something like the dnscrypt-proxy (http://dnscrypt.org/) may be able to circumvent this restriction.

"our DNS is not blocking after waiting more than one hour." - Just waiting has no success. What else did you do to make it blocking?
If the suggestions above didn't help, then post the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
