I originally set open dns up using my router and now I want to set it up on my computer because we use several public internet accesses how can I do this

when we go to mcdonalds or the library Open DNS doesn't work their I want to set it up again using the computer not the router how can I do that

  OpenDNS Home is for networks you own, not for your devices in other networks.

  For the latter purpose you'll have to go for Umbrella Prosumer.
