Try this one: go to "Access Policy"
http://ui.linksys.com/files/E1200/2.0.04/pc_filter.htmParental Controls: Enabled
Target Devices Restrict Internet access on: (Add here the DNS services you want to block, e.g. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

Oops, sorry. The "target devices" turned out to be in fact source devices, i.e. internal network names. Bad terms were being used here. :(
http://ui.linksys.com/files/E1200/2.0.04/en_help/internet_access_policy.htmThat said, it doesn't seem your router supports outgoing firewall rules at all except for 8 URLs which most likely cannot be used to block DNS services, just websites.
But no reason to be desperate. You can flash your router with an alternative firmware like DD-WRT. This allows a lot more, including blocking or redirecting of outgoing DNS traffic ("intercept DNS port (specific IP/range)").
And all of this is documented here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/OpenDNS
