    Unfortunately, this is not something we would be able to assist you with setting up, as each router's configuration can be different. I would recommend consulting your routers manual to see if forcing traffic over port 53 is even possible with your model.

    Oops, sorry.  The "target devices" turned out to be in fact source devices, i.e. internal network names.  Bad terms were being used here. :(

    That said, it doesn't seem your router supports outgoing firewall rules at all except for 8 URLs which most likely cannot be used to block DNS services, just websites.

    But no reason to be desperate.  You can flash your router with an alternative firmware like DD-WRT.  This allows a lot more, including blocking or redirecting of outgoing DNS traffic ("intercept DNS port (specific IP/range)").
