How to change Network IP from laptop to NETGEAR Router IP address?

I am allowed 1 Network....the IP address is the laptop.  I want to change the IP address to the NETGEAR router IP address.

  Then do this. You have to do it anyway.  I.e. you must use your ISP assigned public (WAN) IP address for registration with your OpenDNS dashboard network. 
  https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ 
  Click the green arrows icon to register your public IP address with OpenDNS.  Then run an Updater further on which does it automatically.

  Btw, in case you're using Live Parental Contols with your Netgear router, then what I said is not relevant.  There's nothing with IP addresses when using LPC. 
  If you have LPC enabled, your dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/
