How exactly dos this look like, this unability to access http://192.168.2.1/ ?

In case you have a Windows computer, post the complete plain text output of the following command here:

    ipconfig /all

I'm on a Mac...normally I would just go to 192.168.2.1 to access my modem's configuration...passwords, wireless devices, etc...but since I have OpenDNS running, I can no longer access this site. It's just says this web page is not available.

You may have done it wrong with configuring the OpenDNS resolver addresses.  So, back out what you did, and it should work again.

Then point me to an online user manual of your device, and I will look how this can be configured.  If there's no manual, post a screen shot of the page where your configured OpenDNS.

Ok, so I reset my router and deleted whatever I've done on OpenDNS. Here are some screen shots of my bell set up. Do I change the IP address in my router then in OpenDNS?

    Thanks for all your  help!

Yes, the first screen shot looks like the right place to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses, only there.  Don't change anything else on your router.
