New router.Struggling to change DNS

I just got a new router of my ISP after the old one was taken by lightning...

However the new router is different from the one I had. And because the network also has a new IP I need to change the settings to OpenDNS settings again. I'm having seriuos problems on configuring my new router so if anyone please could help me I will be grateful!!!

My new router is Inteno DG150

  I have located a configuration for your device at http://setuprouter.com/router/inteno/dg150b/dns.htm. 

  Can you also take some screenshots like the ones offered on this site and submit them to support@opendns.com and reference this forum article so that I may add this router to our configuration instructions - then follow up here when it has been submitted. This would allow future users of your device to have configuration instructions on our site.

  It was so simple that I have only taken two screenshots and that should be plenty for anyone.

  Of course I will upload so others can find the solution simple.
