I set openDNS for my D-link router yesterday. The problem is this that in order to get internet access I first have to log in at my ISP page. With OpenDNS set up my ISP's login page won't load up. Any suggestion?
I think this happens because every data I access passes through ISP's gateway and when I am not logged in - it don't allow any data to pass through and thus OpenDNS can't resolve the addresses I pass, in this case the log in address.
Is there any way to tell D-link router to not to ask for domain name resolution for certain addresses, just like we do by editing host file in windows. I edited host file on windows and by far that works, but what if I try to access login page from my android phone - I know it will again throw same problem.
I tried static routing but couldn't set it properly - I am not that technical in this matter. Please help.
