Generally, independent from the router type and model, it is best to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses on the WAN side of the router.  If this isn't possible or does not help, you also can enter the resolver addresses on the DHCP/LAN side.

Your router model is most like possible to be configured on the WAN side:

Three ways to set an IPv4 DNS server

    Available WAN interfaces:
Select a desirable WAN interface as the IPv4 DNS server.

    Static DNS Address:
To specify DNS server manually by entering your primary and secondary DNS server addresses.

    Parental Controls:
If user registers and gets a DNS account in the parental control provider website, expecting to enjoy a more reliable
and safer internet surfing environment, please select this option (need to configure at Parental Control Provider).

Especially the last option is a kind of OpenDNS integration.  I would recommend to use this.

Thanks, that's very useful. If I were to use the last option, what would I put in the host field?
