    Actually, dyndns is not "compatible" with OpenDNS. The only Dynamic DNS service out there that can update OpenDNS is DNS-O-Matic, which is actually an OpenDNS product. Therefore the short answer to your question is, no, using the available DDNS setting in your router you cannot update your IP address with OpenDNS.

    It might be possible with a newer version of your routers firmware (if it's available). Otherwise if you want to do this on the router you'll either need a different router, or (if possible) a third party firmware running on your router, such as Toastman or DD-WRT.
