Why do you post this in the OpenDNS forum???  And in the "Routers & Other Hardware" section?

No matter, you seem to have problems with your internet connection.  You'll have to refer to your ISP who alone is responsible for the quality of your connection.
Your problem cannot be solved by changing the DNS server addresses as you have seen.

If you still think this has to do with OpenDNS, post the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic (Windows) commands here:

       nslookup -type=txt -timeout=8 debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220

       tracert 208.67.220.220

       tracert 208.67.222.222

    Hi eric59,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. The current system of our OpenDNS servers are all online and processing DNS queries as per normal. At any time, you can check our system status here: http://system.opendns.com/.

If you continue to experience issues, please submit a support ticket with us.

    Best,
