    OpenDNS has specific instructions on how to configure many routers for their service. If you can't find those instructions you'll need to rely on the general instructions and manual for your router. You might also be able to follow instructions for a similar router from the same manufacturer, but something it's hard to tell what is similar and what's not.  Be aware, not all routers (more accurately, not all router firmware) allows you to configure DNS, especially routers that you get from your ISP.

    Sad to see that you don't have a manual for your router.  But I can help here.

    You change your DNS settings see your manual (http://m.setuprouter.com/router/actiontec/t2200h-telus/manual-1873.pdf) section "WAN IP Addressing" (page 41). Alternatively, but less preferred, you change your LAN DHCP settings as of page 45.
