    I don't know. Can you manually configure the DNS servers in the router setup? Is this something that was provided by your ISP? You might need to check with them. Have you attempted to follow the installation/configuration steps that start on the OpenDNS home page?

    Unless OpenDNS sold you this router (and so far as I know they don't sell any hardware of any sort, including routers) you need to ask whoever sold it to you if you can get a refund. No one here on this forum can help you with your refund questions.

    No router in the world is able "to configure in OpenDNS".  You seem to misunderstand what a recursive DNS service is.  This has not much to do with a router.

    "If not, can I receive a refund?"

    Therefore you'll want a refund.  Refund for what, for the router or from OpenDNS?  As you posted in an OpenDNS forum, you rather meant the latter, right?
