It doesn't look like that you can configure 3rd party DNS resolvers on this device. However, you may be able to flash it with alternative firmware like OpenWRT:

https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/arcadyan/arv7519
If you succeed with this, you can configure 3rd party DNS resolvers and can also configure DDNS updates.
