Create a browser app for custom blocking

Sites always change or their contents change. Therefore if the user wants to add some url adresses as he visits the site, that would give more control give us a choice to add url block list on a browser (with a easy button) with choices. 

a. add this site in a adult site block list

b. add this in as phishing list 

c etc.

I think this will help u gather new url address that needs to be blocked. And your database will be more up-to-date and accurate. At the same time users has the quick button to add sites in a block list.

  There is also the Firefox Toolbar for helping classify domains on a regular basis.
