Domain tagging user interface change

Hello,

My idea is to show more relevant domains to users for tagging. I live in the Netherlands and i am more encourage to tag if i see dutch domains. For example .nl domains or based on IP geo information. I can also tag faster because a lot of dutch domain i know and now i see for example a local us newspaper which i never heard of and its not encouraging me to tag.

  hello, sorry i ask you but as you live in the netherlands you mabye have the answer for me;

  I have kpn as provider but they do not support open dns in the router.

  So i can not change the dns in the experiabox.

  Does kpn just do not know how to do it or is it not posseble ??
