It would be nice to add a acceptance of use page when someone connects to a network being controlled by OpenDNS.

  This would be a pure router function. This cannot be done by OpenDNS.

  As indicated by rotblitz, this functionality is better suited to an on-premise device such as your router.

  Also this is not necessary for home users. This seems more suitable for enterprise versions.
