Add a comment / expiry time to the individual domain list in dashboard
I'd like a comment field in the list of individually blocked / allowed domains in order to be able to attach a ticket id or informative text on why that domain was specifically allowed or blocked so I don't have to keep my own list somewhere else.
Also, the possibility of putting an expiry time on an entry would reduce the micro-management for cases where someone just once needs access to e.g. a file-sharing site to download some file that he/she has received a link to via email. If there was an optional expiry time, I could just setup the entry with say "1 day" and don't have to worry about that entry anymore.

I'll piggyback on this suggestion, but with a slightly different focus/reason. Having a comment field on a Blocked, or Allowed, list would be helpful to understand how or why a specific domain was added to either list. For instance, a phishing email goes out to your end user base and you want to BLOCK access to the address that folks are being asked to go to to "validate their information". Having the ability to comment on why a URL was added will help when 6 months later you're scrolling through the Blocked list wondering how "yolasite.com" was added to our blocked list.
