Add options for domain name blocking (parsing of FQDN)

On the Stats page...Instead of a block this domain link, options could be shown, i.e.:

BLOCK: 1-courier.sandbox.push.apple.com | courier.sandbox.push.apple.com | sandbox.push.apple.com | push.apple.com | apple.com

 This feature will eliminate the need to block the entire domain, and then having to go to the dashboard page to block a sub portion (higher level) of the FQDN, then deleting the entire domain.

  OpenDNS domain tagging does not know about subdomains unless they are already tagged.
