  dns1.gigadns.com.br has 60ms ping and 12 hops.

  resolver1.opendns.com has 165ms ping and 15 hops.

  resolver2.gvt.net.br has 8ms ping and 5 hops lol

  Opendns in Brazil is more dificult as Embratel one of the biggest ISP Player is blocking any non regional DNS
