Enhancing the domains report with groups

I like keeping an eye on the domain report, but adding groupings would make it far easier to read. 

First, simply group like domains, for example, instead of having 20 different lines for different google service hostnames, it would be more useful to me to have "Google" with a + next to it.  So we could see the specific domains if we'd like, but it would be mostly hidden.  We could also have slightly more abstract groups, like "ads", "CDNs", etc

Incorporating categories would be another really nice addition.
