IP address rating (some scams use IP rather than website)

Can across a few scams that are spammed out that don'y use a website domain (rest of the url is still there) but a IP (IPv4 only so far),  add an option to rate IP address

  No domain name --> no DNS query (to OpenDNS) --> no rating

  I.e. OpenDNS doesn't see anything in such cases, so cannot do anything for you.
