How about being able to block by IP address and block Chat softwares(Like Wechat\QQ)

Chat softwares such as Wechat and QQ can't be blocked just by choose to block its' category(chat),because the use tcp\ip to connect.

  Such software can be prevented from being installed if users are regular users, not admins, as should always be anyway.
  And you can block the download site domains too where this software can be downloaded from.

  And you can definitely block by IP addresses and ports, but not via a DNS service like OpenDNS.  IP addresses and ports do not require DNS, so this traffic would not hit OpenDNS at all.  But this would be a topic for a different forum.
