    How exactly do you expect a DNS service to block a port? A DNS lookup only is performed only on the domain portion of an address, not a complete URL, and it is has nothing to do with ports.

    If you want port blocking you will need to do that at the router or firewall on your own network's perimeter. I suppose an internet based service could do port blocking if the entirety of your internet traffic was routed to a service though a mechanism like VPN, but since OpenDNS only provides DNS related service they couldn't do it for you.

    "On demand port blocking"

    As it is not evident how this would be feasible with a DNS service at all, you would have to come up with a technical solution suggestion too.
