    How do you expect a DNS service to track data usage for a website? Once the DNS lookup is complete and an IP address is returned the DNS service has nothing more to do with the traffic going to or from your network. This is the type of thing you would need to do in your router or firewall.

    Low-cost routers using third party firmware such as DD-WRT or one of the many variants of Tomato do it with very little work required. Higher end UTM firewalls such as Calyptix or SonicWall do it as well, but due to their cost you'll usually only find them in a business, not in a home network.

    Your ISP can do that.  A DNS service like OpenDNS cannot.  So, ask your ISP.
