    What service is this related to?  OpenDNS is a recursive DNS service, not an authoritative DNS service.

    This is the WAN IP of our sites/networks that we add to our OpenDNS Enterprise account

    Then, why can't you update or change the IP addresses for your networks?  This is possible, even with the free home versions.  You just must "enable dynamic IP update" for your networks (https://opendns.zendesk.com/entries/25213189), and then you can change them as you want, even automatically with an Updater.

    IP addresses can be updated when they are set to Dynamic in the Dashboard. In addition to an updater client, they can also be updated to the current IP by visiting https://updates.opendns.com/nic/update?hostname=NetworkName where NetworkName is the name of the network. This will update the desired network to your current IP address. You may also perform static to static IP updates in this manner.
